What is a ThumbPass™?
A ThumbPass™ is a digitally stored picture of your thumbprint which retrieves your account information… automatically.

ThumbPass™ is Free to sign up.  When you get your own ThumbPass™—you’ll never have to bring money to the vending machine again.  Simply press your thumb, take your items and you’re on your way!

It’s easy.  Sign up for ThumbPass™ right at the Quickstore™ (ThumbPass™ is brand new, so it isn’t available at all Quickstores™).  Press your Thumb on the scanner, choose a back up pin (in case your thumb doesn’t scan), choose how you wish to pay (cash or credit card) and that’s it.

What is the difference between EZ Code™ and ThumbPass™?
Both EZ Code™ and ThumbPass™ help you access the items in your account.  ThumbPass™ is new and not all machines have it available.  To get a snack or drink, simply enter your EZ Code™ or press ThumbPass™ at the machine.  If your ThumbPass™ ever doesn’t work, simply enter your EZ Code™/ backup pin to get your snacks or drinks.

Is a ThumbPass™ better than an EZ Code™?
ThumbPass™ is the new way to access your account without having to use a code.  However, your EZ Code™ or backup pin still allow you the same great convenience of never needing to bring money to the machine. 

Can I have both a ThumbPass™ and EZ Code™?
Yes.  When you sign up for ThumbPass™ or EZ Code™, you pick your own code.  Use that code if you are ever unable to use ThumbPass™.

Is there a fee for using the ThumbPass™ or EZ Code™ rather than cash?
It is Free to sign up for ThumbPass™ and EZ Code™.  Both are available to make your experience as fast and easy as possible.  

What if my ThumbPass™ doesn’t work?
Simply enter your backup pin or EZ Code™ number.

Do all machines have ThumbPass™?
Since ThumbPass™ is brand new, not all machines are equipped with a ThumbPass™ reader.  However, simply use your backup pin code or EZ Code™ at any Quickstore™ to get items.

Can my thumbprint be duplicated?
No, every person’s fingerprint is completely unique, and the intricate details of each make it impossible to recreate.

Is my EZ Code™/ ThumbPass™ good at all Quickstore™ machines? 
You can use your backup pin or EZ Code™ at any Quickstore™ machine.  ThumbPass™ works only at the machine you signed up initially.

How Do I choose an EZ Code™ or backup pin?
Choose your own EZ Code™ or backup pin and you will always be able to get drinks or snacks fast without having to carry cash.  Any 7 digit number will work.  Remember to pick an unusual number that only you know – like your old home phone number so that no one can guess it. 

What is the difference between an EZ Code™ and the back-up pin?
They are the same.

What should I do if my EZ Code™ or backup pin is lost or stolen?
Just call 1-877-893-8903 and report the loss. If the code is registered, we’ll freeze your remaining balance at the time of your call, transfer it to a new EZ Code™ or backup pin and give you the new number immediately.

Can I reuse my EZ Code™?
Yes, EZ Codes™ are reusable. At any time, you can recharge your EZ Code™ with additional cash value and you can even set it to automatically recharge when the balance falls below a designated amount.

Can I store my change at the machine?
Store Your Change is a new feature at many Quickstores™.  When you have extra change that you don’t want to lug around—press Thumbpass™ at the machine and insert your change.  We will add it to your account and credit items as you build up change.

How do I check my Item balance?
Simply click here to log in.  Or, enter your EZ Code™ or press ThumbPass™ at the Quickstore™ machine to check your balance at any time.  You can also call customer service at 1-877-893-8903.

You can check the balance of your ThumbPass™ or EZ Code™ online or at any machine.  And, you can set your account to recharge automatically when the balance falls below 4 snacks or drinks. 

How do I recharge my ThumbPass™ or EZ Code™?
To recharge your ThumbPass™ or  EZ Code™, just visit the Recharge EZ Code™ section or use cash at any QuickStore24™ machine.  You will need a credit card to recharge online.

Automatic recharge is available for ThumbPass™ and registered EZ Codes™.  Your recharge will occur the day after your balance dips to or below 3 items. For example, if your balance drops to or below 3 items at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, your EZ Code™ will not be recharged until Tuesday. At this time, recharges take place once a day, usually by close of business EST.

Is there a minimum or maximum balance requirement for my ThumbPass™ or EZ Code™?
There is no minimum balance.  The maximum balance is 24 items.

How do I unsubscribe?
Simply email us at CustSupport@Quickstore24.com and you will be unsubscribed.

How do I refer a friend?
Get 2 Free Items in your ThumbPass™/ EZ Code™ account each time you refer a friend and they sign up and fund their own ThumbPass™.  It’s easy to refer a friend.   Simply click here to refer a friend right online.  Or, at the Quickstore™ press the refer a friend button and enter their email address.  Once they sign up and fund their account, you will automatically receive 2 Free Items added to your account.

I won a prize at the machine.  How do I redeem my prize?
For all prizes under $10—simply enter the prize claim code into the machine and your prize will be dispensed automatically.  For prizes $10 and over call our customer service at 1-877-893-8903.

Is there any way of playing the game without buying an item?
Sorry.  You get one Free Game Play with each purchase at the machine. 

How do I send a gift?
It’s easy to send a gift.  Click here to email a gift online.  Or visit any Quickstore™ machine and press the Send Gift button on the walk up screen.  You can buy gifts in $1 or $5 increments.  Give your friends the Gift Card that prints out from the machine – and they can go and select any items they want!  We know they’ll love it.

When sending a gift, is there a printable card that can be given to represent the gift?
When you buy your gift at the Quickstore™— we print a card right at the machine that you can give to the recipient.  When you email a gift online – the recipient can print the email and bring it to the machine.

How does QuickStore24 protect my privacy after I register my EZ Code™?
Under the Quickstore24.com™ privacy statement, QuickStore24™ will not give your name to other companies without your permission. Also, you control whether or not you receive information about discounts and special promotions and events from Quckstore24™.
